Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. (TSXV: NCX) The company had been in strong focus yesterday, and that had become apparent from the 16% gain recorded by the stock. Northisle Copper and Gold Inc. had been in focus on April 1 after the company announced that its board of directors had approved the issuance of 150,000 stock options as per the provisions of the incentive stock option plan. The holder of an option would be able to pick up a common share in the company for the price of $0.50 up until 5 years from the date of issuance. The options could be vested for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Magna Mining Inc. (TSXV: NICU) (OTCQB: MGMNF) On April 3, the company had been in focus after it provided more drilling results from the 2024 exploration program at its Crean Hill project. Yesterday, Magna Mining Inc. stock had been in focus among investors and ended up clocking gains of 15% amidst strong interest. The company announced at the time that the drilling activities at the high-grade core of the 109 Footwall Zone continued to intersect higher-grade sulfur. The intersects also included 2.5% Ni, 9.6% Cu, and 17.4 g/t Pt, Pd, and Au across 6.8 meters.

Canada Nickel Company Inc. (TSXV: CNC) (OTCQX: CNIKF) There was no fresh news about the company yesterday, but the stock was on a steady rise and clocked gains of 9%. On March 18, Canada Nickel Company Inc. was in the news after it announced positive initial assay results related to its 2024 exploration program. The results also included the first two holes at the Newmarket property and the first hole at the Reid property. The results from the Reid property were the best that had ever been delivered from that property. The company also revealed that the initial results from the Newmarket property had also been positive.

Premium Nickel Resources Ltd. (TSXV: PNRL) (OTCQX: PNRLF) The company broke into the news cycle on March 27 after it provided an update with regards to the additional assay results from the drilling activities at its Selebi North underground past producing nickel-copper-cobalt mine in Botswana. Yesterday, the Premium Nickel Resources Ltd. stock was an active mover and delivered gains of 9%. The company reported 5.86% NiEq in the additional assay. The company had also announced at the time that it had raised $21.6 million in financing to fund the initial MRE (mineral resource estimate) at Selebi North and Selebi Main.

Arrow Exploration Corp. (TSXV: AXL) The trading volume in the stock had been strong on Tuesday, and that had possibly led to gains of 4%. On April 2, Arrow Exploration Corp. announced that two of its directors had exercised their options. It was announced that Ravi Sharma had exercised 83334 options and Grant Carnie had exercised 333333 options. The options had been exercised for C$0.26, and at the time of the exercise, the market price had been C$0.40.
