(TSXV: ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF)Â On April 22, the company announced that it had entered into subscription agreements pertaining to a strategic C$20 million non-brokered private placement of its shares with Kinross Gold Corporation and a Central Puerto SA affiliate. At the time, AbraSilver Resource Corp. announced that the subscription price had been set at C$0.40 per common share.
As per the terms of the agreements, both Kinross Gold and Central Puerto would invest C$20 million each, leading to the generation of aggregate gross proceeds of C$20 million. The company would issue a total of 50,000,000 common shares in the placement. On Thursday, the AbraSilver Resource Corp. stock clocked gains of 9.5%.
Falco Resources Ltd. (TSX.V: FPC)Â Yesterday, the company was in focus among investors, and its stock was one of the notable movers as it ended up with gains of 9.50%. On April 4, Falco Resources Ltd. announced that it had entered into a service agreement with Red Cloud Financial Services Inc. As per the agreement, Red Cloud would provide some advisory services to the company, which would also include advice with regards to social media and marketing initiatives. Red Cloud would be paid a fee of $100,000 a month by Falco Resources for an initial contract of 12 months. It could be extended by six months under some circumstances.

However, on April 2, Northern Superior Resources Inc. and 1348515 BC Ltd. announced the size of the financing for the Ontario spinout property. The move had been made by the company owing to strong demand from some of the better-known gold investors. The size of the offering was boosted to more than C$5,250,000 from C$3,000,000.
New Stratus Energy Inc. (TSXV: NSE)Â Yesterday, it was one of the notable gainers, as it ended the day with gains of 7% amidst strong interest. On March 4, New Stratus Energy Inc. came up with an update with regards to GoldPillar International Fund SPC Ltd. It was revealed that during the first two months of the year, a pair of reactivations had been carried out on the LZ 621 and NG 522 wells.
Goliath Resources Limited (TSX-V: GOT) (OTCQB: GOTRF)Â After its stock moved up by 7% on Thursday, the company is likely to be on the radar of investors today. On April 15, Goliath Resources Limited announced that it had fast-tracked its 49% stake in the Golddigger Property on the basis of positive results.
