Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. (TSXV: QUIS) (OTCQX: QUISF) The premium Microsoft Cloud and AI solutions-provider company saw stock-clock gains of 16% last Thursday. The day before Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. announced that it had entered into a definitive stock purchase agreement, the company agreed to sell its business unit, BankCard USA Merchant Services Inc., to the Nevada-incorporated firm, BUSA Acquisition Co.

The management and the board of directors of the company had decided on the move so that Quisitive Technology Solutions could continue to devote its resources to its core business. Additionally, it would also lead to reduced volatility, reduced risks, and a boost the balance sheet, the company noted.

AbraSilver Resource Corp. (TSX.V:ABRA) (OTCQX: ABBRF) The company was in strong focus last Thursday and saw its stock deliver gains of 11% amidst heavy interest. On March 28, AbraSilver Resource Corp. announced that it had granted a total of 5,680,000 stock options to its directors, officers, consultants, employees, and advisors as per the provisions of its stock compensation plan. The holder of an option would be able to acquire the same number of shares in AbraSilver Resource Corp. for the exercise price of $0.355 each up until 5 years from the date of the grant.

Minaurum Gold Inc. (TSXV: MGG) (OTCQX: MMRGF) While there was no news about the company last week, its stock was in action nonetheless and ended up with gains of 11%. On February 15, Minaurum Gold Inc. outlined its key objectives pertaining to its flagship Alamos silver project located in Sonora, Mexico, for 2024.
