On Wednesday, the stock had come into sharp focus and clocked gains of 24% amidst considerable interest.

Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. (TSXV: LME) (OTC: LMEFF) The stock had been one of the major movers yesterday, as it ended up with gains of 22%. While there was no news about Laurion Mineral Exploration Inc. yesterday, on February 23, the company provided an overview of its 2024 exploration program, which was to unfold at the Ishkoday Property. The company also announced at the time that the exploration plan was in alignment with the endorsement that had been received from the author of the NI 43-101 Technical Report: Mineral Property of Merit. The company also announced that it had contracted the services of Quebec-based Forage GeoNord to lead the drilling activities.

Thor Explorations Ltd. (TSXV: THX) Following the 8% gain recorded by its stock yesterday, it is likely that the company’s stock will be in focus among investors this morning. On April 29, Thor Explorations Ltd. announced its financial and operational results for the 2023 financial year. The company sold 73356 ounces of gold at the realized average price of $1907 per ounce, and its revenues for the financial year stood at $141.2 million. The net profit for the fiscal year dropped to $10.8 million from $37.9 million in the previous fiscal year. Thor Explorations recorded cash and cash equivalents of $7.8 million at the end of the fiscal year. At the end of the 2022 fiscal year, it stood at $6.7 million.

ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. (TSXV: SNM) On April 25, 2004, the company announced that its annual general and special meeting of shareholders would take place on Tuesday, June 25, 2004. ShaMaran Petroleum Corp. further stated that the meeting would commence at 8 a.m. Pacific Time and would take place in Vancouver, British Columbia. The company also enumerated the agendas of the meetings at the time. Yesterday, the stock had been in play and managed to generate gains of 8%.

Thesis Gold Inc. (TSXV: TAU) (OTCQX: THSGF) On May 1, the company announced an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) pertaining to its Lawyers-Ranch Project. Thesis Gold, Inc. owns the project in its entirety. It was revealed that the project boasted a combined measured and indicated mineral resource of 4 moz and an inferred mineral resource of 727 koz, with grades of 1.51 g/t and 1.82 g/t, respectively. Yesterday, the Thesis Gold stock rallied by 7%.
