On April 17, POET Technologies Inc. announced that it had further strengthened its investor engagement initiative by retaining the services of two companies. One of those is Hybrid Financial Ltd., which would help in connecting the company with a selected number of technology investors from a proprietary database. The other company that had been contracted was LFG, which would provide the company with comprehensive digital marketing services.
Robex Resources Inc. (TSXV: RBX)Â Considering the fact that the stock had gone up by 7.5% yesterday, it may be a good time to look into the announcement from the company on April 16. At the time, Robex Resources Inc. announced that it had produced 12957 ounces of gold in the quarter that ended on March 31, 2024. The company also revealed at the time that the processing plant had managed to mill as much as 551221 tons of ore, which reflected a year-on-year rise of 5%. The gold production also went up by 10.4% from the 11735 ounces produced in the prior year quarter.
Mayfair Gold Corp. (TSX-V: MFG) (OTCQB: MFGCF)Â On April 18, the company announced that it had appointed a new Vice President of Technical Services in the form of Richard Klue. At the time, Mayfair Gold Corp. noted that Klue held more than four decades of experience in the mining, metals, and minerals industry and had held a number of leadership positions during that time. Prior to the appointment, he had been the Vice President of Engineering and Studies at Hudbay Minerals, Inc. Yesterday, the Mayfair Gold stock was in focus and delivered gains of 7%.
First Hydrogen Corp. (TSXV: FHYD) (OTC Pink: FHYDF)Â While there was no news about the company yesterday, investors showed notable interest in the stock as it ended the day with gains of 6%. On April 3, First Hydrogen Corp. provided an update with regards to corporate developments for the first fiscal quarter of 2024. Among the many key updates, the company also noted that it was working with a number of fleet operators in order to achieve its objective of achieving zero emissions.
Magna Mining Inc. (TSXV: NICU) (OTCQB: MGMNF)Â Following a key announcement on April 23, the company was in sharp focus yesterday, and its stock rallied by 8% amidst strong interest. At the time, Magna Mining Inc. announced that it had been awarded the Cream Hill Permit to Take Water. The permit had been awarded to the company by the Ministry of Environment, Conservation, and Parks (MECP). It was the final permit that the company needed in order to start dewatering the existing mine workings at the project.
